I deal with anxiety, fibromyalgia and ADHD. I also have aphantasia, and help people on how to keep doing art with this condition.
Art Conditions
- I won't draw complex armors, overly muscular bodies, babies, backgrounds and mechas. I also won't draw cars or anything in this aspect.
- I do draw gore and NSFW (exceptions are sex-offense related and minors, even if it’s only appearance) .
- I won't copy anyone's art style.Adoptable Terms
- You can use them for any LEGAL NSFW stuff.
- ALL my adotables are ADULTS. Do not pass them as minors!
- Do not resell my Adoptables for a higher price than you paid, please.
- If you sell them, please lemme know, so I can keep seeing them around! ♥
- Do not redesign them. It's okay to change minor things like, clothing, hair, but keep them as close as possible to their initial concept.Deadline
-The time required for each product is listed under the related item. Please, have in mind that the time you take to reply to me doesn't count on this term. -The faster you give me your feedback, the faster I can come back to work on your piece.
The time also varies with the complexity of the piece. The more rendered and complex, the longer I’ll take to finish it.
During the sketch phase, you’ll have one chance to change the pose, and a couple of chances to change minor details about the drawing.
After this stage, you’ll only be able to change small details, and also colors and things like that. Also expressions and details about the character likelihood.
You can ask for WIPs, but not daily. Please keep in mind that I also have another job, so I’ll work on your art and keep you up to date everytime I can.Payment methods and currency
- All my work must be paid in US Dollar or Brazilian Real.
- I accept payment through PayPal or Picpay/Pix.
- The payment must be upfront.
- Refunds are made only until the sketch phase. I won't refund pre-made art/adoptables.
- I reserve the right to refuse/discontinue your work if I feel uncomfortable at any time. In this particular case, the refund will be made in full until the finalization phase, after this phase I reserve the right to send you the commission as it has been done so far.Clients rights and use terms
- All my works are watermarked with my signature. By removing it, you will be violating my terms and risking legal action.
- I reserve the right to post the commission on my social media, portfolio and use it as an example for my future commission sheets.
- You are free to make prints of my Personal Use Arts for your personal use, also use it in your personal profiles and Live Streams.
- My art cannot in ANY circumstance be used as NFT, AI training or anything in that field.
